How we handle cookies is set out in our Cookie Notice.
We use a small number of suppliers who process data on our behalf, under contract, and only on our instructions:
We may also share data where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Website hosting and visit measurement are provided by Webflow, a US company certified under the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, whose contract with us includes the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement as an additional safeguard. We also use a station and rental management platform; we are finalising the data protection details for this provider and will update this section once confirmed.
After that we delete it, or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
To use any of these, email boostsupport@imaginehalo.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. You do not have to come to us first, though we would rather have the chance to put it right.
Boost is for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think a child under 16 has used Boost and given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.
Because 16 and 17 year olds can use the service, we keep what we collect to the minimum needed to run a rental, and we do not profile users or use their data for marketing.
Payment data is processed through encrypted, PCI DSS compliant systems, and access to rental records is limited to staff who need it.
We will update this policy when our processing changes. The current version is always on this page, with the effective date at the top.
